Sean is the computer geek who does the actual fixing of computers, and Jennifer is the ‘normal’ one who runs the office and function’s as Sean’s short-term memory. Sean has over a decade of experience working with computers ranging from repairing personal systems to administering the network infrastructure of a multi-national company with thousands of employees — if it’s broken, he can fix it.
