Flat-rate work:

• Install PCI, PCI-E, or AGP expansion card (e.g. modem, sound card, graphics card) - $20.00
• Install hard drive without cloning - $20.00
• Install hard drive with cloning - $40.00
• PC tune-up - $95.00

The prices quoted above are for labour only and do not include any needed parts.

In-shop rate:

$75.00 per hour for labour. This is charged for time spent at the keyboard actually working on the machine. We don’t bill for spending 2 minutes loading a diagnostic program and then an hour and a half of watching it run. You’re only charged for the five minutes it took to load the software and then follow up on the results. Charged in half-hour increments. We cap the hourly charge at a three hour maximum per machine — you won’t be billed over $225.00 for labour — per machine — on work done in-shop.

On-site rate:

$110.00 per hour for labour. This is the charge for time spent on site. If we have to watch a virus scan run through on site, you pay us to sit there and watch it run through. Whenever possible, it is much much cheaper for you to bring the equipment into our store for us to service.

Travel charges:

We charge $0.50/km traveled to cover the cost of fuel and vehicle upkeep. Our maximum service range is 150 km in one direction.
